The “Heraklion Park” will be developed on a plot of land of 139.000 m^², located at Nea Alikarnassos, Heraklion Crete. VITA has rented the land for 50 years, from the Municipality of Heraklion.

The project has an excellent location, with a direct connection to the national road and is very close to the airport of Heraklion.

The shopping center will offer to visitors and clients a unique view to the Mediterranean sea.

The project has been approved, following a Ministerial Committee decision, as a Strategic Investment, according to the provisions of Law 3894/2010, published to the Government Gazette (FEK 4211, B’ 2021) and it is currently under permitting procedure for the Special Spatial Development Plan of Strategic Investment (ESCHASE).
