The site comprises of 100 hectares of land for residential development and 55 hectares for the development of the golf, in an unspoilt and idyllic location on the foothills of Hill Olympus with direct uninterrupted access to and views over the Saronic Gulf and the Aegean Sea.

VITA is developing on part of the site of approx. 100 hectares the following uses:

The project has been approved, following a Ministerial Committee decision, as a Strategic Investment, according to the provisions of Law 3894/2010, published to the Government Gazette (FEK 4136, B’ 2022) and it is currently under permitting procedure for the Special Spatial Development Plan of Strategic Investment (ESCHASE).
